Cancel your plan
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Cancel in the billing portal
You are asked to sign in, so that we can identify your subscription. The billing portal of Creem, our merchant of record, then opens; there you can cancel and see the date your plan ends.
What happens when you cancel
- Your plan does not renew, and nothing more is charged.
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. Past reviews stay saved with your account; an active plan is needed to open them afterward.
- Cancelling does not refund the current paid period. This applies whether or not you have used your plan.
- Cancelling is not a withdrawal. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, use “Withdraw from contract” instead; it ends your plan immediately and is explained in the Refunds & Withdrawal Policy.
Other ways to cancel
Write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with; a cancellation counts from the day you send it. Deleting your account also ends your plan at once, without a refund of the current month.
